2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of nutritional and wellness products, we must follow strict quality and safety guidelines. Returns and replacements are therefore accepted only under the conditions stated here:
- Damaged or Leaking Products: If you receive a product that is physically damaged, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery, you may request a replacement.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the product delivered does not match your order (wrong variant, quantity, or item), we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
- Short Shipment: If items are missing from your order, we will verify and resend the missing items or initiate a refund for the undelivered items.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and share clear photos or videos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product label.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Products with packaging that is damaged due to customer handling or improper storage after delivery.
- Products returned without original invoice, labels, batch number, or packaging.
- Requests raised after the 48-hour window from the time of delivery.
- Items purchased during special promotions marked as non-returnable or final sale.
We reserve the right to decline a return or refund if the product is found to be ineligible after quality inspection.
4. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
If you believe your order is eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team using the details on the Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID, contact details, and a brief description of the issue.
- Share clear photos/videos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected products (including batch number and expiry date).
Our team will review your request, may ask for additional information if required, and will inform you whether your product is eligible for return or replacement.
5. Pickup & Inspection
Where applicable, we may arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners. Please keep the product in its original packaging, along with all inserts and free gifts (if any), ready for pickup.
Once the product reaches our facility, it will undergo aquality inspection. Approval of refund or replacement will be subject to the results of this inspection.
6. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For prepaid orders, the amount will typically be refunded to the original mode of payment (subject to your bank or payment provider's policies).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or another method communicated by our support team.
- Refund processing times may vary but are generally initiated within 7–10 working days from approval.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
7. Shipping Charges
In cases where the error is attributable to Bioryn Lifesciences (such as damaged, defective, or wrong product shipped), any applicable shipping charges for return or replacement will be borne by us.
If a return is initiated for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect product, we may, at our discretion, deduct shipping/handling charges from the refundable amount, where allowed.
8. Order Cancellations
You may be able to cancel your order before it is packed or shipped. Once the order has been processed for dispatch, it may not be possible to cancel it.
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method in accordance with the timelines mentioned under the refund process above.
9. Health & Safety Considerations
Because our products are consumed directly and relate to your health and wellness, we cannot resell returned products once the seal is broken. This is to protect all customers and maintain the integrity of our doctor-backed, clinically selected supplements.
